More than 15 years in the making, NextWave Performance LLC formally organized in 2005 in Denver, Colorado USA with the goal of providing world-class Performance and Process Management services to its clients.

Not satisfied with the various "process improvement" methodologies and they had experienced at other consulting firms, founders Kevin Smith and Jon Windley set about developing their own approach to creating high-performing organizations. Based on the science of "Complex Adaptive Systems" and tempered with the experience that comes from running a large, successful organization in a Fortune 500 company, the two founders developed techniques and tools that allowed them to analyze and improve performance quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the client's business. Originally termed "Real-World Process Management", the methodology has proven highly-effective in a wide variety of industries and processes, from banking to telecommunications to education.

The key to NextWave's success is simple and has become the company's mantra: provide the best possible services to clients at reasonable prices and ensure that you do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
