Based in Denver, Colorado USA, NextWave Performance LLC was founded 2005 in with the goal of providing innovative and effective Performance and Process Management services to its clients.
Not satisfied with the various "process improvement" methodologies he experienced at other consulting firms, co-founders Kevin Smith and Jon Windley set about to develop a new approach to creating high-performing organizations. Based on the science of "Complex Adaptive Systems" and tempered with the experience that comes from running large, successful organizations in Fortune 500 companies, the founding team developed techniques and tools that allowed them to analyze and improve performance quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the client's business. Originally termed "Real-World Process Management", the methodology has proven highly-effective in a wide variety of industries and processes, from banking to telecommunications to education.
In 2008, NextWave introduced a new way of managing business performance with the goals of helping businesses gain a better understanding of their overall performance challenges & initiatives. We wanted the software to be easy to use, web-based, and less expensive than anything else on the market so that all companies could afford it — not just large corporations. We call the result "NextWave360."
Whether consulting or software, the key to NextWave's success is simple and has become the company's mantra: provide the best possible products & services to clients at reasonable prices and ensure that you do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
