Well, that's kind of a subjective question.  There are very sophisticated metric dashboards on the market.  There are tons of "project management" tools out there.  MS Visio is always an option.  Our value is the integration between our core applications that allows you a 360˚view of your business performance. Everything is interlinked.  Metrics link to processes and projects.  Process disconnects link to projects and metrics, etc.  No copying information between systems.  No trying to guess the linkages between process issues and metric trends.  That's the value we add.
