Yes.  Let's say you have a metric such as "Corporate Revenue" that you'd prefer is only accessible by the management team.  All you have to do is add the people who should be able to see the metric to the "Restricted Users" group and then mark the metric as restricted.  The metric will no longer display in any dashboard unless you are a "Restricted Users" member.
