No - we've decided that the true benefit to using NextWave360 is the tight integration between the core applications and so we've decided not to offer the individual applications as options.  Instead, we chose to keep the price low, so that you can afford the entire suite of tools for the same price you might pay for a project management system alone.  If you choose to use only one application in the suite, that's fine, but we think you'll see the benefit in linking metrics to processes to projects.
