There are two ways to document a process in NW360:  manual & automated.

In "manual" mode, a user - such as .a "process analyst" - adds the process and then add any process steps.  In "auto" mode, once the first process step is added and the user specifies "who is next" in the flow (any number of people can be next), NW360 will notify those people prompting them to add their data.  This continues until the process is fully documented
