We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website.

This site collects cookies only for the duration of a visit to the NextWave Performance website. When using NextWave360, we place a cookie on your machine so that the next tine you use the application, you can log back in, view reports, etc.  The only reason cookies are in place for a site visit is so Providers and their Clients do not have to log back in when they switch from one area to another. The cookies are invalid once the session is over and the browser is closed.

In order to use this website, visitors are not required to complete our registration form. However, Providers and Users may be required to complete the registration form or sign in to their account using either their token or username and password in order to access their account or project information.

During registration, the User must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. The information is only collected for this site to distinguish between one User and another and for account maintenance purposes. The information entered about the Client is used only for the Provider to manage the Client's project(s). The Client information does not belong to NextWave Performance LLC, it belongs to the Provider and, therefore, the Client information will never be sold or given away, and the Client will never be contacted by NextWave Performance LLC except to provide username and login information.

All sensitive information such as credit card information will be collected via a secured server. We will do everything we can to ensure your information is safe with NextWave Performance LLC. We never sell or share our Provider or their Clients' names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, passwords, or tokens. We hold your privacy to the utmost importance and promise to protect you to the best of our ability from spammers and scammers.

Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes to this privacy statement.

Conflict Resolution:

We are committed to resolving disputes within 24-48 hours. If problems arise, contact us - we'll make it right.
